REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at SereneHausofHair.Info@gmail.com with photos of the damaged products. We will work with you to determine if a replacement is applicable.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Upon receiving the returned items, you will be issued store credit, minus the shipping costs. All items must be returned to qualify for the credit.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders take 5-7 business days to process. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After processing, your order will be shipped using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please double-check your email details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

After your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages. If any issues arise, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

To ensure smooth delivery, please confirm that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

During holiday seasons, please be aware that delays may occur. We will keep you updated on the status of your order as much as possible.
