Thank you for shopping with Serene Haus of Hair. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. 

All Sales are Final 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair extensions once an order has been placed. 

This policy is in place to maintain the hygiene standards, quality assurance, and the integrity of our products. 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have been submitted. Please ensure that all order details are correct prior to checkout. 

Incorrect Orders 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Serene Haus of Hair is not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect product selection or shipping information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery at marcha.fameux@gmail.com with clear photos of your issue. 

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

If approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. 

Shipping Delays 

Shipping and fulfillment timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Serene Haus of Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and no refunds will be issued.
