Processing & Shipping Timeframe
All orders are fulfilled within up to 3 weeks(21 Business Days).
This timeframe includes both processing and shipping.
Our products are prepared with care to ensure quality, texture consistency, and longevity. Each order is handled intentionally to meet our brand standards because quality cannot be rushed.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped once preparation is complete. Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on location, carrier availability, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Please note:

- Orders may arrive sooner, but this is not guarenteed
- Orders cannot be rushed or expedited beyond this timeframe
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please be aware:

- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Serene Haus of Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to resend.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Serene Haus of Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our stated fulfillment timeframe, Serene Haus of Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
